Drilling the holes was pretty painless....the location is not anywhere you would notice unless you were laying in the trunk looking for it. There are already some cut outs and access holes for the speakers so the holes don't really stick out.

I'm actually more hesitant to cut the carpet around the brace. I haven't done that yet and I want to make sure it's as close to perfect when I do.

As for the brace, it was a pretty straightforward install and it definitely tightens things up in the rear. Thanks Steeda.

I love the idea and appearance of the product. I also would love the benefits of the product installed on my vehicle. And I know I could easily install it on my car. However I hate making permanent modifications to my vehicles. Not really sure why. Just do not like it. So bottom line drilling holes and cutting carpet are out for me.

Same here for me but even though a neet good looking mod, not something I really "need". For the people drilling the holes make sure you are using corrosion protection on the bare metal in the hole.

why use the corrosion protection? i just drilled and put bolts on. not planning on getttin back in and take them out again.... hard enough the first time.
