The Boss 302 specific. In between Sports and Competitions for spring rate and height.

I ordered the Sport springs. Great price during Labor Day Sale!

Unfortunately they were shipped signature required. Arghhh!

Third delivery attempt by FedEx was a charm - and they were packed pretty well which is appreciated.

IMO - any time an order is going to be shipped signature required - the vendor (not just Steeda) should notify/advise before the order is final so that the customer can either make arrangements, or have them shipped to a FedEx office address, or office/business address (here we also have PostNet which is very convenient). For a high value item - it is expected. Just really surprised me something less than $500 went sig required. Just my 2 cents.

(I placed my order over the phone)

You can use the tracking number and it shows what the delivery date is. That's how I knew to be home for my shipment from steeda.

Hello,

Sorry for the trouble ... here is our shipping info:

All orders are shipped Fedex Ground Indirect signature unless the customer requests otherwise.

Indirect Signature means that Fedex will deliver the package and if no one is home to sign for it they will leave a tag on the door. At that point the customer has 3 choices.

A. They can sign the tag and leave it on the door so the next day Fedex will leave the package.

B. They can pick up the package at their closest hub that night after 7pm.

C. Wait for the next delivery day and be home.

Best Regards,

TJ
