RTR Rear Decklid

As part of my ponies transformation I planned on getting the RTR rear decklid and if you've looked for them they have been out of stock everywhere.

If you were curious I emailed them directly and they are starting to manufacture them again so they will be available soon.

Just a heads up for anyone that was looking for one or was curious.

2015 transformation, I must have missed something. What does that consist of?

AM is out? They have the exclusive rights to RTR parts. I waited forever to get mine, but they came through eventually.

They've been saying that same thing about gearing up manufacturing and that it will be out again soon for some months now. I did sign up for AM's "let me know when back in stock" mailing list but I would randomly get emails at random times saying that it was in stock when it wasn't (I doubt they sold out late at night when the email came in). I removed myself from the list because I didn't want those false alarm emails anymore. I'm starting to think either they aren't going to make them again or something happened and it will be delayed further. They were supposed to start shipping again in October 2014. It is now February 2015. Some pre-orders shipped, then "out-of-stock" again.

Here is a thread in the exterior modifications section about it:
https://themustangsource.com/forums/...-stock-532481/

Can anyone else make this? Preferably Black Plastic like the stock piece.

From what I have gathered from forums and the net, RTR switched to a different manufacturer and this is suppose to be the reason for the long delay of them not being in stock. From what I have read the quality of finish was on the poor side.
