Royal Purple Synthetic

I have a 2012 GT and thinking of using Royal Purple Oil. Any thoughts or warranty concerns?

Royal Purple changed their formula and is no longer a true synthetic.

It is if you get the hps(high performance street) that is their good oil that has synterlec which was what makes their oil awesome. Their new regular stuff had to be changed to meet the new oil standards and dexos standards(thanks GM ) and the regular labeled stuff is still synthetic, GMs dexos is a full synthetic oil and it meets their standard for it but I'd go with royal purple hps

Amsoil just released their Signature Series in 5w-50 that meets Ford specs. I've been using the Amsoil SS 5w-30 since 500 miles in my GT. I've been conservative in changing my oil when the car says to at 10k miles which is about 9 months for me. I think I'm going to start running it out to 12 months and see what the oil report says. So far so good with the Amsoil.
