Pick Your 2005 Mustang Color?
Here's something interesting I found. Just thought I'd share it with you all...
It's the Psychology 101 meanings behind a color you like, and perhaps, may pick for your Mustang if available...
COLORS & TRAITS
Red --excitement, strength, sex, passion, speed, danger.
Blue --(listed as the most popular color) trust, reliability, belonging, coolness.
Yellow --warmth, sunshine, cheer, happiness
Orange -- playfulness, warmth, vibrant
Green -- nature, fresh, cool, growth, abundance
Purple --royal, spirituality, dignity
Pink -- soft, sweet, nurture, security
White --pure, virginal, clean, youthful, mild.
Black --sophistication, elegant, seductive, mystery
Gold -- prestige, expensive
Silver -- prestige, cold, scientific
I chose white, so I am fresh and clean as the Summer's breeze (apparently) lol

I currently have a silver Mazda 6 (prestige, cold, scientific) but I'm interested in a blue '05 Stang (trust, reliability, belonging, coolness). I must be in dire need of "coolness"!
When I bought my first Mustang ('66 2+2), back in 1981, it was $1600, and came in 8 colors. I kid you not.
First of all, it was 2 colors of primer (light and dark gray). Through the hood showed some blue. The trunk was black with white primer to cover spots. Red showed through one fender, and it had a maroon rear valence.
I can't remember where the other color was showing, but it was 8 colors, I remember THAT much.
So, 8 colors, what does that say about me?

Hmm. My cars throughout my life have been bronze, turqouise, black, yellow, red, orange, orange, blue, red, silver, black, black, red, blue, red, and red, in that order.
Does that mean I've got multiple personalities, or that most of them, purchased used, were just good cars?
The voices keep screaming Dark Highland Green!

Hey they don't have Mineral Grey listed! Or is that a combination of silver and black? A little seductive prestige
I cant decide...but i attribute that to the car my parents had when i was first born...she was a beauty 1961 ford fairlane (see below) but come on dad what where ya thinking when ya picked her in pink...thats right, unlike this green one,we drove around in a frigging pink car the first few years of my life...just never been the same either lol
