If that is the case I second his view.
That's exactly what I meant. I probably should have been more explicit. The 2010 GT500 is an amazing handling car, and also something that you can drive every day and be completely comfortable in, whereas the Stage 3 is much more focused on straight performance. I think it would also be fair to say that the GT500s setup has been more thoroughly tested for long term reliability than the Roush. I'm not saying that the Roush is going to fall apart or explode, but just that the reliability testing for a production car will most likely be more thorough than an aftermarket tuner.

Basically, what I'm saying is what edge of performance you may gain in the Roush, will be at the expense of overall comfort and reliability.

Ah.... I get it now. And I agree. Sometimes I get a little "bench racing myopic"

The Roush track testing is thorough and probably better than Ford's. Roush wants to ensure their products deliver what they promise, which is good. They have taken a few pages of the old SVT motto having a family atmosphere. That's a plus for customer confidence.

This video has been removed by the user.
It was time although I am surprised it took this long.

My money is on Roush Performance persuading the "user" to politely retreat and regroup.

Smart move.

Now they should take more videos, and just focus on what makes the stage 3 a great car and not worry about the shelby

I disagree, I have visited Roush and AAI and I see no difference in their commitment to their product. Roush is a bigtime player in the Detroit automotive scene and I doubt that they have not thoroughly engineered and developed their product. After seeing what they do at Roush, one of their vehicles would be the ultimate stang for me!!!!!!
