So I've been slowly rattling my 5.0 to pieces with my muffler deletes but this new one sounds weird. It's coming from the passenger side and sounds like metal on metal. I've heard it could be the window track so I was going to take the door panel off and look but has anyone else had rattling problems with a loud exhaust and knows what it could be?

 

If it's a metal on metal sound, I'd start with checking all the bolts are tight on the exhaust system from the cat back.

 

yea im going to get under the car this week and check. maybe something rattled loose?
