Rattle in airbag passenger area

I have had this rattle going on for over a month, and i have searched all over this site, and many others trying to find a solution but had no luck. I have been removing parts of my dash over the weekends trying to find the source of the rattle. So far i have come to the conclusion it's not in the gauge cluster and it's not in the stereo housing area.

I had my girlfriend drive my car to see if i can locate it while she drives but had no luck. I was however able to determine it's coming from the passenger area.

The rattle is only noticeable when the car is cold and it sounds like metal hitting plastic. Once the car has been running for about 10 minutes the rattle is completely gone. I am aware of the blend door issue in the ac system and this is not the same noise as that but it might be coming from the ac system. Im planning to go to the dealer if I cant find a solution soon but since the dealer is about 20 minutes away I'm sure i'll get a "we don't hear hear it so it's fine" response since it'll be gone by the time I get there.. I'm also attaching a video in case anyone has heard anything similar in their car and found out where it was coming from. I would ignore it if I could but even with radio above halfway it's still noticeable. Please help me themustangsource you're my only hope.

Does the noise vary with AC/Heat fan speed?

That's what I was thinking, sounds like it's coming from the blower.

I turned the ac to max and it seemed like it was less predominant. What does the blower look like so I can take check it? If you happen to know.

Hello mac951,

I recommend you get it checked out at your Ford Dealer. Be sure to speak with your service manager, as he is in the best position to ensure a proper diagnosis, and will be able to provide available options and/or coverage for any work needed.

You can schedule an appointment online here. Let me know the outcome.
