As much as the info would be nice to discuss, it's better off keeping it off of here and starting a riot.

Geez people, let the Ford employees do their jobs! They are giving you what limited info they can, as a courtesy. They could just as easily say absolutely nothing and you would be banging your head against a wall wondering wtf is going on.

I'm going to go with PCM.
Here are the clues:
1) All cars (not just the brembo cars)
2) It won't take months to fix (so not a design problem that impacts actual production.)
3) New powertrains for '11... the other 6 years worth of engines/transmissions are all wringed out
4) If it were a specific part like the HIDs, stereos, etc, it wouldn't affect the whole line
Or it could be the tire spats . . .
Just my guess.
