Interesting...

the one on the right looks like it has the same stock lights as now, not the more slanted chrome ones we've seen.

THe one on the left looks like the spy shots we've seen where the amber lights can be visibly seen through the mesh in the grill..very different look.

As another guy (FBPhill or DBK) on SVT says the Cobra-level car will look VERY different than the current GT500.
Which would make sense as the GT looks more like the current GT500

These look like EARLY mules.
The mirrors are from the previous year
It looks like just the front panels are from the new cars

And what..no side shots?!?!?

Can't wait to see it fully done up production version.

The part about the Twin-Force/Eco-Boost engine cruising with a 17:1 AF ratio is very interesting. That should boost the highway MPG quite nicely.

If they can do something similar with the NA DI 5.0 that would be great.

 

Like Boomer says, quite plausible given that these are probably very early mules or styling prototypes. The basic lines seem to gibe with the glimpses we've seen running around under cover. Looks pretty good, from what I can tell from these shots. The front end seems a bit lower and sleeker, which is a good thing in my book.

Now for some clearer, side, rear and interior shots...

Oh wow, I have been following this forum for a while, but had to join just because of these pics.

They seem to follow exactly the glimpses we have seen so far with all the spy shots which is why I am a little scared. The one on the right looks like it is probably a base model front end and really isn't anything more than a tweak of the current car which is fine, but the one on the left?! I assume it is the Shelby front end since it matches the red spy shots that had Shelby rims and the backwards snake by having the turn signals in the grill.

WOW! That thing is horrible! It looks like a Mustang II front end! I sure hope its just the pics and that the finished car will look better.

These look REALLY rough...
I like the direction (mean but flow..unlike the camaro which to me looks like it has an angle thrown in, in EVERY possible slot)

Again, these look like front clips only, rest of the car looks 05 panels still.

 

The exagerated nose cone of the "Cobra" looks a little like the Rage Mustang.....which seems Nissan Skyline GTR inspired.

Hopefully the finished article will be better balanced.

I think it'll look good when we see a GOOD verison not the cobled together hackjob that front end has.

The entire front end, especially the grille, looks like a Catfish without whiskers.

 

 

Ford ought to sue and make the owner take the Ford trademarks off that car. That thang is soooooo ugly!

 

If the raised blades on the fenders make it that will be nice. However I am not keen on the bulbous hood.
