Some 18's will clear the 4 piston Brembos. It depends on the offset and the spoke profile, so it is hard to tell from a picture. I have seen some use a spacer to get clearance between the calipers and spokes. It is best to contact the manufacturer and ask about fitment for your specific set up.
I'm thinking those 18x8 wheels are too narrow for the Brembo-equipped GT, even with the 45mm offset.
I use 2 different 18" sets of wheels on my '13 Track Pack, one set is 18x9.5 all around, the other is 18x10 all around, both sets have 285/40/18 front tires, no rubbing or other issues.
The 18x9.5 is an OEM wheel that Ford installed on the 2010 GT500 convertible, I believe the offset is 42mm.
The 18x10's are the same offset (if I remember right), and I use a small 4-5mm spacer on the front to make a little room between the inside of the wheel/tire and the strut.
