My 2011 Mustang Wrecked in 7 car pile-up
without insurance? Heck, that would be nothing., She did not even belong in the country and had no license either
wow you got hit hard...
i was involved in a similiar accident like yourself- i hate people driving with no ins.
out of my 4 car pile up the front and rear people had no ins- the 2 middle cars did (me being one of them) so they filed it as uninsured motorist and i got screwed on the deal.
Ins company will try to go after the other party but if they got deported kiss that good bye- so your deductible is gone and if you were to get hurt - you don't get a nice compensation check like if you were dealing with some other persons insurance.
nothing worse than getting hit with an illegal- only bright side is your ok. goodluck

Computer gets smashed from impact.
Rims get scuffed and deep scratches.
These are expensive replacements.
First off, glad the human body is in good working order, that is something to be thankful for. Secondly, hang in there, it'll get fixed. I know it sucks bad when its wrecked but they'll get it back together in no time.

geez, I think I'd have thrown up...really rooting for a total. Look forward to hearing how it goes.
bummer of a story, but some of what you wrote is the funniest chit I've read in a while
Can't get blood from a rock. I mean this when I say it.....uninsured drivers should be taken out back and shot, period. I was almost killed in my 91 gt that I had just got done dumping forged motor, blower, lentech, body parts, paint, etc three days prior by an uninsured motorists. These uninsured drivers are taking peoples lives and futures in there hands and they should be dealt with accordingly. My lady ran a stop sign....with a concussion, broken shoulder, glass in face and chest, airbag burns on my face, I climbed out the sunroof of the stang ran over to the stop sign, ripped it out of the ground, threw it at her, then passed out. F@ckin scumbags. I'm so glad your ok.
Its just a mind thing with me really. It came out really good but it is still in my mind ya know. I have been driving it alot since getting it back and love it but it might be time for a shelby lol... or I may put a procharger in this one over the winter.

Had around 1500 miles on it when this happened (more to the story, but same idea)

It was what they did during the repair that soured me on it and I couldn't live with.
Time for a full Saleen kit... Hopefully there's no serious damage aside from the superficial
Anything you walk away from is a god thing. Going to have to put in some effort and vigilance to make sure your car is fixed right. But that so much better than the alternative of being injured or killed. Glad you're ok. !!
Glad to see you are ok.
I had an experience while riding a motorcycle with someone who had very limited insurance coverage. Motorcycle totaled, in hospital for two weeks, three years of physical therapy, driver of the car was .28 BAC.
In my case, the accessories (exhaust, luggage, GPS, etc) were largely covered by my policy, in addition to the motorcycle.
One large lesson, always carry as much Uninsured Motorist coverage as you can!

Same here, i wouldn't want to have a car that had that much repairs done to it. Don't want to sound negative here, but they're will always be some little annoying problems that resurface down the road. Ask me how i know, that's why i sold my '91 LX 5.0 . Good luck and push it to be totalled.

Just kidding you.
