Building a new house on acreage. nice big driveway. 3 car garage. then a 2 car with a guest house just off to the side (in 2 yrs).

This is a close approximation to what we are designing. you can't see the garages, which is nice. So tired of homes that are 75% garage out front.

 

Wow that's beautiful! A house like that in my area on an acre would be close to 2 million... If I win the lottery I'll reach out to you for the plans.

 

no **** eh, and if i was anywhere near Vancouver, the LOT alone would be 5 mill. i'm way out in the country though. my totals costs under 1.
