Kenwood DDX9702S, MUS-1 Dash Kit, and Maestro RR Installed
So this weekend I installed my new toy for the mustang. Not doing a bunch of performance stuff until the weather warms up so went with a creature comfort update by installing a new head unit and kit to change the look of it. The process wasn't as difficult as I thought it was going to be but it's probably because I took a lot of time prepping before I went ahead and did the install. Pics coming soon but if anyone has any questions at all about this, I feel I learned a lot along the way and would be happy to give suggestions or answer questions.

Thanks! I really like the way it looks and the functionality is fantastic. I even feel like the sound is a bit better than it used to even though I did no upgrades to the rest of the sound system. Apple CarPlay is really cool, and having all of the apps on the radio and sync functionality still possible is nice. I even grounded the parking brake wire to the car and can play the DVDs while driving. Not that doing that is a fantastic idea but the option is there.
