lol majority of engines aren't exactly but this one is a true 5.0 by automotive standards. it was the old 5.0 that wasn't a true 5.0.
Thats why the metric system sucks. its more accurate to use cubic inches. 302cubic inches, of course both the old 5.0 and the new are 302 cubic inches...maybe we need cubic cm to get even more accurate.

Wow you guys went mighty far over my joking. but yeah with cubic cm we could tell the difference in the two 5.0s
instead of saying 302ci you'd say the new one is 4951cc and the old one is a 4942cc.
