Thats why the metric system sucks. its more accurate to use cubic inches. 302cubic inches, of course both the old 5.0 and the new are 302 cubic inches...maybe we need cubic cm to get even more accurate.

looks like the Liters is pretty close to cubic centimeters..

1 liter = 1000 cubic centimeters (by definition). 4,951 cc = 4.951 liters which gets rounded to 5.0.

Wow you guys went mighty far over my joking. but yeah with cubic cm we could tell the difference in the two 5.0s

instead of saying 302ci you'd say the new one is 4951cc and the old one is a 4942cc.
