I cant believe how this car runs- 2011 Gt 6/mt 3.73s, Steeda cai, and a BBR tune- and it runs like a bat outta hell. I may be crazy but this cooler air has it

running WAY better than it was just a month ago. I just had to give some praise to FORD this new 5.0 reminds of my previous 5.0s (1982,1985,1990.1993) in respect to bang for

the buck and the forth coming mods etc..I LOVE this car. ok Im done raving I'm just really pumped up since my NOLES just waxed the Canes. Night all!

Haha- you have a silver one coming? thats what my color is as well. Ingot silver- it looks great with all the metal flake in the paint.

I couldn't agree more with your statement, 6speed/manual, 3,73, Bassani, FRPP 1" drop springs, Steeda CAI and tune. This thing is just so freakin' fast, the more i drive it , the better it becomes. Love listening to the Steeda CAI sucking air at WOT, the car just loves to rev. It is a blast to drive. Just lovin' it. Can't keep that smile off my face. Had an encounter with an RT Chally last Saturday, thing is he stayed behind me all the time.

 

I was thinking the same thing in regards to the cool air and "the more I drive it..." I had a run in with a 90's Porsche 911 with a roll cage, really loud exhaust and some vinyl numbers on the bumper . I don't know it it was a turbo or not but the guy was infront of me in traffic and kept hammering the throttle, filling my car with raw fuel fumes...I'm not one for horsing around on the street but clearly this guy needed an ego check.

We got to an open stretch of road and the guy took off...so I thought "what the hell" and punched it. I rapidly gained ground on him right up until he hammered the brakes to turn left into a shoping center. another 100 yards and I would have gone right around him and he knew it.
