There's no way in hell I'm gonna hold a camera and take a picture at that speed so you guys can believe it was really me. True story, my car just hit 90K miles, I took a picture of it with my camera phone driving in the mountains north of Scottsdale at about 30 Mph, almost drove into the ditch trying to keep the screen active, camera in focus, etc. while not missing the rollover. Haha, I can't imagine trying to do it at that speed.

Because, ummm, you know, I've only driven the ummm, speed limit in my car. I've never been that, uhhh, that fast to even have an understanding of how intense that feeling is in order to try to imagine also holding a camera.

You really should be careful what you put on the internet, though. You never know when it might come back and haunt you.

Me personally, if anybody ever asks me how fast I've taken my (insert car here), the answer is always "the speed limit".
Pretty bold of you to automatically assume that I did this on the street and not at an event. Heres the fastest Ive ever been in a car.

Seeing as 5th gear is totally useless for high speed (in my car), I have personally seen the top of 4th a couple of times now. The first time was along the back straight at Watkins Glen. The second time was along the straight at Mid-Ohio. I had to go and back-calculate what my actual speed was and the top of 4th (1:1) with 3.55 gears and 245/45/17 tires, it was 135 MPH. If I had a little more gear or more RPM available, I could have gone further.

They would only sell the cars to people who are at least 80 years old. Except for Carroll Shelby, he'd have to wait until he was 100.
