GPS verified in 5th and still pulling like a freight train.

 

no 5.0 yet (gt or boss, waiting on price) but i gps verified my v6 at 161.1

Without looking at it Im guessing but I seem to remember its a Garmin 1690.

 

mines been to like 150 in 5th on the dyno, then the cars computer said "NO MORE! I will only go this fast even though i can go much faster"

 

I believe the car is electronically limited to 155. Of course that can be taken off with a tuner.

 

Seriously on the dyno? If thats the case mines been faster 140 then.......

Theres a pic of my dyno numbers, doesn't have anything to do with speed. But its a picture that proves it was on the dyno

I took my handheld gps on a commercial jet once and took data for kicks. If photos are proof, i should post those and said it came from a car. I could be a hero.

An 08 Bullitt stock 4.6 (not mine). Said it was still pullin' strong and he stopped at 150.
125 is 3800 rpm in 5th (5spd) so he was maybe 4300 or so? (redline 6500) Just gettin' into the strong pullin' power band.
So if they can do it... you know the 5.0 can. But shouldn't.
