noob question.

where did everyone get the gt/cs valance kit from. Ford or aftermarket.

I went to my dealership yesterday and they gave me a price of $700 Canadian for the complete kit.

are the aftermarket kits the exact same as the ford kits.

There are shops that sell the Ford parts cheaper than the dealer.

latemodelrestoration.com sells a kit with all the pieces.

I don't know what they do as far as Canadian shipping though.

 

Where do you live in Canada? Are you looking with or without fogs?

You have a couple of choices to save money. You can put in an order yourself at newfordparts.com and have it delivered to the UPS depot in Niagara Falls and pick it up. It will cost you about 370 (270+100 shipping) in the door plus tax plus your gas.

I just checked Tousley Ford for the price on the kit its $270 plus about $100 for shipping to Niagara Falls but I'm putting an order in from there shortly if you want to arrange something to come to Hamilton during the day or Oakville around 10:30PM to pick it up I can bring it back for you. So $270+$100 shipping+about$30 tax say $400 total. Since I don't know you you'll have to come out or PayPal the money, we can figure it out.

What's in it for me? My order will fit inside your valance box and I get free shipping. PM me if you're interested.

 

PS I'm checking out some Niagara Falls NY dealers to see if I can save on the shipping costs.

i am waiting another month or so before starting my mods. this has been the winter from hell with all the f....g salt. i couldnt afford a beater this year but next year for sure.

once it gets a bit warmer i am getting the:

cs valance
gt500 rear valance
gt500 style spolier by 3d carbon
borla s-type exhaust
steeda sport spring and koni str.t struts/shocks
just saving up the $$$ for now

I have a brand new GT500 rear valance I'll sell you for cost. $136.

I bought and imported it from NewFordParts in Ann Arbor but I can't use it on my '12 because the backup sensors are in the valance.

 

The box for the gtcs valence would not fit in the mustang! When I picked up mine I had to take the valence out and throw away the box...

The dealer where u buy the car from will match the price on newfordpart price, u just have to pay tax instead of shipping. That's what mine did when I told them I got that price from another dealership
