One of the Photoshop gurus should do a few chops to give us a better idea of how it would look.
When I see the unpainted rears I think Chevy Avalanche. I have a friend who had all his plastic cladding painted and it looked SOOO much better.

I've got a Kona Blue GT on order and I plan on doing exactly that. If the black plastic only came up as far as the rocker panel moldings I'd call it good enough. But there's just too much black plastic for me. I'm also going to have the grill surround painted. If you want to see some examples of what it would look like, do a search for the 2009 SEMA show. There were a handful of tuner Mustangs there that had the rear valence painted body color.
