Does anyone know what this connection is for? I didn't even know it was there until today.

Temp sensor? Are you kidding? Could they have made it any more obnoxious and obvious? Come on Ford. I love the Mustang, but that's a little primitive.

Outside air temp, its put there so it can get an accurate reading. anywhere else, the sun/engine heat will skew it.

doesnt effect engine though with that sensor to much, the Maf does Intake tempurature.

We probably shouldn't talk about it any more. If everyone finds out it's there, they'll probably start snipping the wires and selling them on ebay.

That's a great idea actually. How about the title to the sticky thread is "What the heck is this?!?" And we can include pics and explanations of multiple parts, like that temp sensor, the panhard bar, the Sirius antenna, etc.

WOW COOL!

I've heard of this but never seen one! The new FBI GPS tracking devices are awesome! They usually place it further into the car but it should work fine there! Nice!

Oh wait...is this your car? Oh snap!

Who ever said that Mustang owners have no sense of humor. Well, obviously, they do.
