I'm going with the Audison bit8.9 - it combines their bit one processor with an 8 channel amp (not too terribly powerful, but it'll be enough) and eventually another mono for the sub(s). It's actually a 9 channel processor, 8 powered and 1 dead to drive the mono amp.

There are plenty of great processor right now - Audison, Zapco, JBL MS-8 would be my top 3 choices. I know people swear by Audiocontrol, but I haven't looked at their product lines recently.

The JBL is similar to the Audison bit8.9, but it has less power per channel.
Have you ever messed around with the JL Audio Clean sweep? I have seen a few for pretty cheap on ebay and wondering of they are as good as they say.

I have not. We never used them. They don't have much adjustability, so they're not for someone who has to tinker with their setup (me lol).

I saw that reading through it some more (I also like to tinker) decided against it. I came across an Audiocontrol lc6i for $60 on ebay last night so I pulled the trigger on that and will start there. That will give me some solid line outs to hook everything up with. Once I see how it sounds I will look into adding an nice
EQ/Processor. If I stick with Audiocontrol this would probably be the next step: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_161EQSG...-EQS-Gray.html
I do really like that Zapco one you mentioned. The though of being able to use the computer to tune it is awesome. Kinda pricey though.
It should be here next weekend so I'll try and get a build thread started.
