It will hit the axle on big bumps which is sh*tty n poorly designed. There 3 inch exhaust for the gt500s never hit n had plenty of room. I was one of the first ones to get the kit. They admitted they had an issue n gave me a new "redesigned" kit in July. That one fit the same and had to be heavily modified to fit right. Then they tried telling me there was never an issue. Sound great but I really believe the bottom line is they rushed it. They could have put a little more time into utilizing the room under there. If your car is gonna b lowered be prepared to deal with this. You would never know though unless u get under the car an inspect because you can't hear it hit when ur driving. I am curious about the other catbacks that r three inch n how much room there is above the rear axle on lowered vehicles if anyone has any info.
From what ive read it seems like any 3 inch system you get is gonna hit the axle. So dont feel too bad about it. However since your car has LTS and xpipe do you have any vids of your exhaust ? And if not could you take one? Pretty please

Bassani looks good for the price, I've always heard good things about their exhaust. Can anyone confirm that?

I can confirm because this was the first system i had....and got rid of it days later due to the cheap raspy crackling tinny sound....but if you like the crackling tinny raspy wet sound then get the magnaflows! And a lot of people like that sound...just not me and this is just my opinion so I'm not gonna cut down everyone that has this system...i just had to give my opinion cause the thread starter was indecisive just like I was but I lost a lot of money finding the system I liked best....the bassani is the best sounding to me but it just wasn't quite loud enough so I went with the high quality borla and I have had borla on my last 3 stangs and love them!

I coudln't be happier with my Stainless Works system to be honest. It sounds like a **** exotic/race car but still has the v8 howl to it

It is loud, but perfect in my opinion

That was exactly how I would describe mine too. It is loud but sounds very refined. Daddy my point to you was that ur description of the magnas being very deep but tinny n raspy doesn't make sense since those descriptions r opposites of each other. I am also not knockin you for decision, but I have one question........what does a "wet" sounding exhaust sound like? Lol
