Did a quick scan through the manuals. Didn't find anything on bank definition. But they call the LH timing chain the one on the Driver's side, RH on the passenger side - as if you're sitting in the car. Reverse of firing order when you are facing the engine.

Lol. Pretty sure just searching that bank 1 on a Ford is passenger side. GM and dodge drivers side. Wonder why Ford didn't get bought out hmmmm?

Everything back to stock now. Letting car idle for a few minutes to relearn idle and setting. Felt like it was trying to die but quickly picks back up to normal idle. I did a full system reset. Touched both battery cables together for 10sec before I reloaded the stock tune. Battery has been disconnected since 11am. I was always under the assumption bank 2 is drivers side. but I've also only driven fords.

Passenger side is bank 1 on the 5.0 (cylinders 1,2,3,4)
