Don't touch my friggin car!!!
Well someone decided that they would be nice to me by brushing off the snow from my car the other day whilst it had been parked in a car park during a heavy snow, (guess they don't clean windshields in the winter!!).
First I was not too impressed and still didn't offer to pay his "price for the service". Now when I got it home and it was in the garage I noticed in the light loads of slight swirl marks obviously caused from the cheap @ss snow brush with stiff brissles he used. Slightly pee'd is an understatement.
Now looking for suggestions on how to buff these out. They are NOT deep but I notice them all to well .
Never used Mothers scratch and swirl remover - is it any good or is there something else?
Thanks,

Meguair's SwirlX and elbow grease or their Dual Action Polisher. I had to use this the other day after making the mistake of taking my new 2011 to a hadn wash and I was able to buff the small scratches and swirls right out!!!!!

Oh, I have scratches all over my black paint. Scratches and swirls ever since I bought it. I'm sure all of them can be buffed out but I'm trying to do some research and find a decent shop here that will do it for me. I have no idea what are the current rates for this, anyone know?

It may be tough to do by hand but if you do some googling, you can find some recommendations. My suggestion is either invest in a dual-action polisher (i.e. Porter Cable 7424) and some good polish or take it to a body shop.

When it comes to swirl marks and spider webs as my detailer calls them I have a mobile detailing guy that comes and takes care of them. The price is decent, I've been using them for a few years it's about 100 for a wash and buff with wax. I found the company by just typing in mobile detail on yellow pages and did my research on the company that I liked the most with the help of comments from yelp. That's what I suggest you do.
Good luck
