do y'all think she totaled
I've dealt with Allied (Nationwide), Travelers and AmFam all in collision situations and OEM wasn't even a question with any. I liked all three of those companies and would recommend any of them - see who has the best offer and combine it with your umbrella, life, house/renter, etc. policies and get the best deal.
Great point here about doors, I'd never have thought of it that way.
Parts such as doors, which I suspect is probably the part in question here for the OP's insurance claim, are often times more desirable over OEM. Keep in mind that an OEM door is just an empty shell, and components such as locks, wiring harnesses, glass, speakers, and regulators all have to be transferred from the original door. An used, LKQ unit comes complete. One of the biggest complaints I used to hear were from customers who experienced rattling and intermittent operation of functions when a new door was used and parts transferred because the shop didn't re-assemble the door properly. Doors are not easy assemblies to re-build. The factory usually does it better. I'd have no problems with a used door if it were my car. Besides, a used door is OEM.
In fact, many shops prefer to work with certain used parts such as doors, full quarter panel sections, noses, etc. It's an easier and quicker repair for them, and the use of recycled parts means that much less of the factory corrosion protection is disturbed. That's extremely important.

I know you've been saying you’re going to dump the car as soon as you get it back. Reconsider that if you like the car and the repair work has been done satisfactorily. Short story: My first new vehicle an ’86 F150 4x4…the pride and joy of this then 24 year old. In 1993 with only 68k miles on it, I was on my way to the race track one Saturday afternoon when an elderly lady ran a stop sign right in front of me. We tangled pretty hard…so hard in fact the frame was twisted and the rear end was bent and torn halfway off the frame. The insurance company was going to total it but reconsidered after seeing the condition of the balance of the truck (Spotless). I swore up and down it would never be right again and I would sell the truck as soon as I got it back since they used some salvaged parts (Albeit rebuilt). The shop was a top tier and guaranteed their work for as long as I owned the vehicle. You know what? I still own that truck today. It’s still in superb condition, runs like a Swiss Watch and now has 175,000 hard fought for miles on it. I get offers all the time from people wanting to buy it. I live in pick-up truck country and it gets WAY more attention than either my Mustang or my bike. In any case, I have no regrets over keeping it…and no, I wouldn’t even consider selling it!
It’s time to get back to enjoying your car now!

I was with State Farm for 14 years. The nicest they were ever to me was the day I canceled all of my polices. I use Allstate now. A local guy who loves cars as much as I do... Maybe more.
I hope your car gets fixed to your satisfaction.
Good luck, GHIG Brother.

Carfax is easy to deal with (E-mail only). I had them change a report for me once. You will need to prove your case with documentation in the form of insurance estimate and repair invoices. Your car will always have a "Major Damage" statement but that's not a big deal if it's been repaired correctly at a good shop that offers a warranty for their work.

Based on your original photos, the damage wasn't extraordinary from a repair standpoint. As long as the shop corrected the uni-body properly and aligned the rear axle (probably the front too), there shouldn't be anything to worry too much about.
For peace of mind, take some pics of the panel gaps...r/s 1/4 to the door, r/s 1/4 to the deck lid, r/s door to the fender....and do the same for the l/s and compare both sides. As I recall, I-Car (the professional organization that provides training and instruction to the body repair industry) feels that +/- 3mm variations are within most manufacturer's specs and tolerances.
Get used to it again, give it a little TLC in the detailing department and you'll be driving the snot out of it in no time.
