Disable Panic Alarm / Button

Anyone know if there is a way to disable the panic alarm? Perhaps I can open up the key and just disable the button.

Pet peeve of mine. Only time they ever go off is at 3am when the button accidentally gets pressed while it's in your pocket. I really hate panic alarms.

On the fobs I can open them up and cut out the etch for the button from the circuit board.
Or you should be able to remove the little actuator under the button.
I can do it in just a few minutes, but I work with this kind of stuff a lot.
