Steve from what I saw all it said was they were looking at issues on a case by case basis. And that they were aware of the complaints. Nothing new.

They've been aware, hence the previouse TSBs....

hmmm....that's not how I read it but to each his own. Maybe we can get this thread back on topic.

Both of my cars are operating flawlessly!

That's why the link sent you to page 267.

So you could skip the rest.

Talking about this most likely

"Of course I’m not a technician or an engineer and I have not looked at their vehicles myself, however… maybe not all of their symptoms/diagnoses have been the same as others. You all know everything gets looked at on a case by case basis and all of the engineers are aware of “a” transmission issue. If an FSE has came out and looked at their vehicles and have determined there is nothing wrong, that might just be the case at the time the vehicle was looked at. This is why I try to get everyone to escalate their concerns so we have that one on one with them and their vehicles.

Deysha"

Doesn't seem like much to me.

That's all I found. Thought there was more than that.

Anyways, who else has a working car? We are surely NOT the minority.

Only 500 miles on mine, and it's flawless so far.

Installed the Barton shifter and bracket, and loving the shift action. Nice short throws, and a satisfying click when getting into gear.

3100 miles on mine. Early June '10 build. Trans a little grouchy when cold going 1-2, but nothing major. Recently my Ipod stopped synching to sync. Other than that, very happy so far!

BTW, I had a bet with myself when I saw this thread that jmatero would, at some point, come in and **** in the punch bowl.

Not all the concerns members have mentioned are the same. This is why if you are experiencing any concerns you should bring your vehicle in to your dealership for diagnosis as soon as possible. Please do not wait for “the fix” without going to your dealer. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to message me with your dealer, VIN, mileage, and contact info so I can escalate your case.

I understand that Deysha, I was just looking for this "admission" that jmatero was pointing out. I have yet to find it on any of the forums. Personally, my car is fine in regards to the trans.

Pretty sure he was just reaching for straws to stir the pot again. Seems like it happens every so often then he heads back over to AFM where he is more accepted.

8000 miles, early April 2010 build date, August delivery - so far, no issues, still crazy about the car. Great power, fantastic handling, great brakes, great looks. No squeaks or rattles. The only complaint I have is that with the Brembos it does not come with a jack or spare tire - pretty ridiculous I think.

I didn't drive it through the coldest months of the winter, but never had an issue shifting that wasn't clearly my own fault.
