Ok Well I put new RTR Wheels on my 14 Gt and a new Borla Exhaust S-Type Catback along with a Airaid CAI. After stating that I've got about 1200 Miles on my new car already. Well driving around town it just feels like there is some kind of groaning issue or slight vibration that comes and goes, its not the wheels I've had them rebalanced Friday, the exhaust has at least inch clearance around everything and no marks what so ever of it ever rubbing against anything or ever hitting anything. I think I noticed today when I engaged the clutch the slight groaning/vibration feeling seemed to go away, it's not all the time either. Could this just be the floater plate or something and very normal??? I've searched the forums for about a week and haven't really found any kind of useful information on this...it's nothing like grinding or a grinding noise just a slight very small vibration. Guess the best way I can describe it would be like a brake kinda grabbing rumble feeling? idk it's hard to explain.....Any thoughts?

Jack your car up and make sure all of the exhaust bolts/brackets are tightened. It's also recommended that you check your CAI frequently for loose fittings. Especially in the first month.

It's hard to tell from your description if the groan is underneath or up front?? Elaborate...

seems to up front...it's not all the time, like when I get on the highway it's a smooth ride, cruising around here and there I get the rumbling kinda feel like when you drive down a bad road and your tires groan it's kinda like that feeling but it's not the tires

Ok I think I found the problem...I had some old header wrap around so I crawled under the car and wrapped it around the exhaust where it's at it's closets point which is one of the fins on the rear end housing...took a drive around town for 30 mins and I came home let the car sit for awhile and crawled back underneath and seen the wrap had been cut and rubbed against. Which means I probably have to cut a little bit off the long run that goes over the axle so that way it pushes it back away from the rear end housing. lovely...or take it to a exhaust shop...joy oh joy and I have a 650 miles one way trip come Thursday def gotta get this fixed asap!
