CS front valance install directions

This company sell the CS front valance kit for $390 (not sure what it would cost from Ford?) but the main purpose for the link is the instructions.

They also replace the grill and move the fog lights down lower. I wonder what it would be like if all four lights work?

Found this on another site,

Here is the list of parts .... with MSRP ...

Valance: BR3Z-17626-AA $250 ($225 on Ford Accessory website)
Pigtail: 3U2Z-14S411-VZB (need 2) $35.52 each - insane right??
Fog light: 6E5Z-15200-A (need 2) $102.13 each

So the kit for $390 is a good deal but if you did not care about the foglights you could do it for $225.

I believe Roush has a kit that makes the OEM driving lights and the lower fogs for their fascia work (either one or the other, not both). You could conceivably wire it to work with both, as long as the fuse can handle it (which I'd have to look at). IMO, that's too much going on up front.

I'll be doing the CS install, and possibly the Boss splitter (302, not the LS) in the coming months. Their install walkthrough is very good compared to the Lego-esque instructions that Ford provide.

Or I guess you can get it from Ford for $349 with lights.

You only need the light kit if your going with a new grille and are deleting the factory fogs otherwise you will have 3 pair of lights in the front might not look right. My 2 cents.

Google search pulled up this thread when searching for install directions.

I would advise not removing the bumper. It's completely unnecessary.

Follow this guide and you'll be done in 45 minutes.

Just finished mine. CS valence was easy as pie but the boss splitter was a HUGE headache. Not hard just incredibly tedious getting all the holes drilled and all 28 or 29 screws/push pins inserted to hold the thing on.

It was worth it though.. It looks badass now.
