Front Bumper Rubber Piece

I have a 2015 Mustang GT Premium. I have been very careful pulling up to curbs due to the front air splitter/chin. I noticed tonight that the rubber piece just behind the black diverter/chin is splitting. If you look at your car from the front, about 8 feet away you will see this rubber piece hanging down below the bumper. It is about an inch and a half wide. I have no idea what it does, possibly divert air or debris from hitting the underside of the cover? Anyway, functional or not, it looks like crap all chewed up. I've looked everywhere to try to find it online, but the closest I could find is this piece for the ecoboost. https://levittownfordsupercenter.com...rts/FR3Z17626C

On Fordparts.com it seems to be listed with a part called a Bumper Valance Panel, but it doesn't give a price for the rubber piece itself.

Its the snake like piece in this picture, not the deflector/cover. On the GT it goes straight across vs. to a point in the middle.

Any idea where I can get one? I will probably call the dealer on Monday.
