Creaky seat?

Hi Everyone,

So I have little over 1k miles on my beast, and my driver side chair creaks like crazy. I read about inflating/deflating the lumbar, and it seemed to help a little at first, but does nothing now. The slightest movement in the car generates creaks from the back of the chair.

Anyone else with this?

Quick 5.0 pic~

I had the same problem and found out it was because I had my seat all the way down as far as it would go. So if you just bump the front and rear elevation up a little bit the noise should go away.

Mine did this exact same thing...drove me nuts until I figured it out. Only rattle I've had now in 16 months.

You just have to bump it up slightly. 1/4" maybe.

I just tapped it. Didn't move it up at all but the mechanism made a sound like it moved back into place. A quick tap up on the lever is all you need and you sit just as low with no squeak!!!

I say if squeak re appears, remove front seat and drive from back seat. No, seriously, glad it's gone.
