Aftermarket yes. OEM no.
I talked to United Radio. They researched the OEM swap and the car requires factory dual zone climate control to make it possible. The dual climate control is not in non-nav cars.

There is an aftermarket panel that does what you want and allows adding an aftermarket double-DIN nav radio. Google for Metra 99-5823CH and you'll see what it looks like...not the OEM layout, but looks pretty much like an OEM when done. There is even an installation manual online.
