Back from the dead.
Still have this issue. Does anyone have any other ideas? This is about to drive me nuts. I'm going to take the wheels off today.
Under Light braking I get the most chirping and also when cruising I can hear it but less occasionally. Its been happening since before the new suspension. But if I remember correctly with my factory wheels it doesn't do it. Odd. Theres also no signs of rubbing on the wheels.

Well as an update, I guess the moons aligned correctly yesterday and I think I solved both of my squeaking problems.
The chirping sound seems to be something with the E-brake. As stated, under regular driving (no braking) I get the noise intermittently. If I pull the e-brake up 1 click, I get the chirp constantly, but not too loud. 2 clicks it gets quieter, and 3 clicks its gone.

My 2012 with Brembos does the same exact thing. Seems like it only comes from the rear passenger side. It drives me nuts too but from what a few guys at ford have told me it is normal. My brakes are doing fine and wearing normal and still have 8mm on them. You think it's some sort of rubbing?
I recommend you bring your vehicle in to your dealer for diagnosis as soon as possible. Then, PM me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, full name, and best daytime number so I can escalate this to the Customer Service Manager for your area.

Then click on the PDF at the left. The entire 2011 Ford factory repair manuals are here, including the wiring.

Bringing this back from the dead and I know this is an old post.
Did anyone ever solve the problem with the rear brake chirping/squeaking when applying on the brake light? I am having the same issue from time to time coming from the rear passenger side. It sometimes goes away and then it comes back. I did replace the brake pads with a new brake kit, but it still does the same thing. The only way that works to make the noise stop is by applying the "Copper Anti Seize" to the "Brake Anti Rattle Clips". It kind of annoying to keep applying more "Copper Anti Seize" on the clips. Below is not my photo but is an example and my rotors are plain and have no slots.
Any suggestion would be helpful.
Thanks.

those are aftermarket GT500 upsized rear rotors, correct?
I wonder if they are making the noise because of the slots; the plain un-slotted GT500 rotors that I have on my 2010 do not have this issue

Sorry, the photo is not mine and it's an example showing what I did so that others know what I am talking about. My rotors do not have any slots and it makes a noise. Also before that, I had slotted rotors and it did make a noise. So I don't think it matters what type of rotors it is.
