How long does it usually take to get a VIN #? Mine was ordered July 16th, nothing as of yet.

Depends.
In the US, I've seen it as quick as 1 week.
But for me it took 5 weeks.

So I'd have to say between 1-6 weeks.
And this all depends on your dealer allocation.

Still don`t have mine yet... my dealer says its in the province now at least!

 

Ask your dealer for the tracking history...if they won't email it, then go down see on their computer.

I saw my final history to dealer delivered.
The journey is basically like this:
- From USA
- Sarnia, ON
- Loneast, ON (name the CN gives their locations) Assuming this means LondonEast
- Parwest, ON (CN name)
- Alderwest, ON (CN name)
- Brampton, ON
- Tormacyar, ON (CN name)
- Ramp 7M, Toronto, ON (no clue where this is)
- Goes on the truck from here, then to your delear.

So from Sarnia to Dealership took 4 days.

 

My dealer isn`t telling me anything! He said to me that he can`t track it.... which is obviously BS! I`m gonna go in today and demand he tells me where it is! So annoying! the car is a week late and no one will tell me where or when it will arrive??

 

yea..go in and get him to check on the computer.

Dealer told me 8 to 10 weeks but im starting to think its going to be longer.. I just hope my car arrives before the snow does

 

Dealer just called me, told me mine had arrived late last night and will be ready for pickup today !!!

and I changed to the Boss grill. (a lot meaner...doesn't look like a girl anymore...lol)

That sounds sweet! I'm thinking I might do some GT500 stripes too but I'm gonna wait and see. I'm also gonna change out my grille, I was thinking the boss grille but Roush just released their billet grille for the 13's and it looks sick! Just need to wait for them to release the lower grille than I'll buy the package.
