better head rests?

Couldn't you just get the newer headrests and swap them in? My 2013 has the ratcheting head rests that are adjustable. You can adjust them so far back that your head tilts back a little.

My headrest looks nothing like that driver's one. They ratchet in my car to adjust the tilt a lot. if you push it all the way forward it should reset back. That's too far forward?
