Applications for SYNC

I was browsing through the syncmyride.com site and it had a message on the right saying "0 applications installed.". See pic. This suggests that there are any applications to install! Where are these? What are these? There's a new update on Pandora for iPhone/iPad, saying it's adding Ford SYNC support. Is there an app built in on sync for Pandora? Probably not but that would be cool.
