Another one bites the dust

My car. Pretty much done. Truck ran a red light and nailed me in the right front axle. Don't know the extent of the damage yet, but it ain't pretty. Entire front end is pushed to the drivers side. Suspension is shot. Air bags deployed. Both door pop when opened. I am so sad, yet grateful that I have no injuries other than soreness. The other driver was fine too. He hit me so hard that oil was pouring out of his F-150 Supercrew. I am so very sad.

Sorry man, that must be heartbreaking on a car so new. At least you're ok and hopefully dip****'s insurance will let you into another 5.0.

Be thankful you're OK. As sad as it is your car can be replaced.

Thanks everyone for your concern. It was a crappy pic, lol. It was 0 Degrees outside and I was freezing. The car was towed to the dealer I bought it from. As far as dealers go, I have to give major kudos to them, my salesman was the first person I called after the crash and he brought me a car to use. Rick Wise at Broadway Ford, I owe you one bro.

I will get some good pictures tonight and hopefully have some info from the insurance company.

I hate hearing about anyone being hit by someone running a red light. It really is a good thing you're alright!

Sorry about your car but the good thing is your fine. Your car held up pretty well judging by the picture and the damage on the truck.

Bummer man, glad you're alright!!! I'd suggest speaking with an attorney if you have any injuries whatsoever, just a suggestion from firsthand experience.

There's such an easy solution that would prevent a lot of red runner accidents. When the lights turn from green to red, all lights stay red for about 2 seconds before turning the cross traffic light green. So simple

Lmao! Our lights here in Texas have done that for years! We have one light that waits 4 seconds but that's on a super busy hwy intersection. Thought all lights through the nation was like this?

They don't do that here. I have noticed some lights are starting to get a half second stagger but that's about it.
