Ya you will - perhaps later vice sooner, but any car will break something at some point when pushed that hard.

30 passes is nothing. Tuners make hundreds of 1/4 mile runs on the same car, everything is trial and error. Only time will tell what the culprit is.

This.

People need to stop making excuses just because they are a fan of something.

Very true. The opposite also applies, don't you think? Know what I mean? And that does not change my point.

Concur that we don't know the entire story yet, so drawing all these conclusions is a bit premature.

Do you agree with this or does it make a little sense to you at all?

I don't think anyone's making excuses. It's only fair to reserve judgment on the new car's quality until we've figured out the source of the "howell."

FORD ROCKS!! What a car!!
Concur with the 12.4 in Showroom Stock Trim. I am going to try do some testing this weekend and although the weather is going to be awful (Close to 3000' DA) if the asphalt isnt to hot to get a decent 60' on All-Seasons and my sticking clutch issue doesnt reoccur I will know more.

Bob I will try to powershift 5th at the line just for you a few times!
(OFF TOPIC: Did you ever put that trans back in your car?)

Cool! Be interesting to hear the results!

Tried, but haven't gotten it done yet. I'll get it whooped at some point.
