I sold my 05 GT 2 weeks ago and have been driving a 4 door Cobalt rental paid by the dealer in the meanwhile !
Now you know what's next on your "to do list", you come to Dan's house and let me have a look at that 5.0, otherwise Dan will be VERY upset at you.

Or we can theorize on what the hold up was.
My theory are the gears. I have heard that Ford had someone making their gears that were outsourcing cheap parts out of china. Well they were not happy as there was a large batch of gears screwed up. So now Ford is back to doing it themselves. I say so many 3:75 were ordered that Ford had a back order, and also needed to remove the "bad" gears in place.
Just saying....

I'm talking based on contacts in the rail industry I have WHO HAVE SEEN THE CARS ON TRANSPORT. Not BS about "knowing someone" who is "in the know".
