All 2011 Mustangs on hold
Thanks for the words of incouragement. Thats kind of what I was thinking, as well. I'll check early next week to see if its enroute or still sitting. Will sure be glad when it gets here. Should be a big improvement over my 2007.
I just ran into my sales guy at the local Advance Auto. Told him about the holds, not in specifics, and he didn't know much about him. Went to find a spring compressor to take my suspension parts off, and got to talking about the new car while I was there.
Not sure if this is related or just a glitch, but I just saw that the Brembo package is no longer listed under the Ford Build And Price program. It still tells you to add the Brembo package when you click the 19" Stainless wheels (and it looks like it charges you), but the Brembos don't show up in the summary. Seemed a bit of a coincidence...
Just saw a 2011 3.7 V6 with a 4/14 Date on the Sticker at the dealership. Hopefullly the GT and GT500 will follow shortly.
LOL, I wish. I'm still in the process of parting out my Speed6, and that's been going much better than expected. Sold most of my parts in less than 24 hours, now I'm just working on tearing the suspension and exhaust parts off, and that's a little more involved. The rear sway alone is a 5-6 hour job for two people. Car sits like a monster truck now, but it's money back in my pocket once I sell them.

Yeah, it is. It'll put a nice pile of money in for the 2011 though, and that's why I'm doing it. I didn't with my last car and I kick myself for it now. Keep your stock parts and swap them back out if you can when you choose to sell/trade the car, and part them out on a forum and you'll do pretty well.
Volcanic Ash Impacts Ford Mustang Production
Could that be the reason of the production hold or are we going to see more delay?

Not that is not was caused the hold but it did cause the line to shut down for a few days.
