Airbag Rattle TSB?

I remember seeing a TSB listed on here before the server crash concerning a dash rattle caused high heat expanding the passenger airbag. I thought I had saved it but I guess I didn't. The rattle just started in mine and I would like to have the TSB in hand before I take it to the dealer. I have searched everywhere I can think of and can't find it. Would any of you happen to have saved it or know where I can find it? Thanks.

I think mine started rattling as well. I only noticed it when it was colder outside. I wonder if this is the same issue.

Probably is. I remember thinking when it came out that if it's caused by heat I'm good since Vegas is so hot and it didn't do it. Now that it is getting cooler though it has started. All I have to do it put my finger on the airbag cover (upper or lower) and it stops. It is very annoying when it does it though and will rattle even when revving the engine. Sucks because I know I saved it when it was posted here but cleaned out my computer since then.

Come on Ford....please. Can't you get something so obvious right. My passenger airbag cover pushes out from sitting in the day's heat and the contracts later in the evening. This is not acceptable in a $30k car!!!!!!!!!!!! I get in my car at lunch and it looks like the dash is happy to see me.

The hotter the interior temp gets the farther it pushes out....as much as 1/8". If you push on it, you can feel the packing behind...feels mushy.

Thanks for the link Rich, a lot of good info there. I have searched high and low for this particular issue to no avail. I must be getting old and there never was a TSB for this. I will take it in when I'm due my first oil change and see what the fix turns out to be. I'll post it here since it seems a few are having the same issue.
