Plain & simple the 5.0 is 1 BAD *** MOTOR!

Someone please enlighten me if you have heard of a boosted 5.0 going KABOOM at any boost to this point.

The new 2012 roush rs3 is running 12psi & no mention of new internals!Link

I also remember a Ford tech saying that the 5.0 could run at 7300 rpms all day long!

This was before anyone was talking about the BOSS intake.

This. That 5.8 didn't just simply disappear from existence. I knew Ford would use this as their trump card(hopefully).
