I noticed my 2014 V6 Mustang overheating the other day and I tried to locate the source of the issue. I was unable to see any coolant on the ground or under the hood. However upon closer inspection I located the issue. I'm just not sure what it's leaking out of as I"m not super experienced with coolant leaks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Video of it leaking coolant below front of the engine from the left hand side under the hood.
It was a bad water pump at 30,000 miles... wow. I've read they go out early due to the bad overflow hose design. I've replaced the pump as well as the overflow hose with one that has the check valve in it. Any ideas what this part of the water pump is that it was leaking out of?
