Thanks. I went in on a Saturday to order mine, so it might not have been put in until Monday. I just got my order number from the dealer (same as the last 4 of my phone number, wouldn't you know) and I've sent it off to Deysha. Hopefully she'll have some good news for me.

That is VERY cool and a piece of information to tuck away and keep you proud of your Mustang and happy with your choice. I knew I would enjoy mine, but I had no idea how much. I look into the garage each night to make sure we have closed the outer garage doors and can't help taking an extra minute to just look at her.

I ordered a 2014 GT/CS on 2/8/13. Paperwork says Order #0108 - Priority 99 - Oredr type 1 - Price level 415. Dealer said approx 8-12 weeks. Talked to him 3/10/13 and he says it hasn't been scheduled yet

I feel your pain man. The worst part is waiting for the VIN and sticker. I calmed down after I got that. When exactly did you order? It took me three weeks for my VIN and sticker and I'm waiting not so patiently for an eta of 3-19. If your dealer has an available allocation in March, I'm sure its on its way. I know it's not fair how they determine when orders are built. They should all be first come first serve in my opinion. I'm sure they'd sell more orders that way. Anyhow, check with Deysha towards the end of the week and hopefully you'll have something by then. I think Ford updates their database every Thursday or Friday.

I believe your dealer enters the priority and you definitely want it to be as close to 10 as possible. I don't recall how the order type numbers relate to the order type, but you want a retail order, NOT a stock order. I'd lean on my dealer to make sure those things were done right, or cancel my order and go to a different dealer.

You need to go back to the dealer and have him change the order to Retail Order, and Priority 10 or close to it. At stock order and Priority 99 it probley won't be built

Just talked to dealer Ford Lincoln Fairfield F72461 (CA) worried about the priority. He said he submitted it as a priority 10. Should I ask him for a copy of the updated Vehicle Order Confirmation sheet?

11/22/12 - Ordered a 2013 mustang from dealer
12/22/12 - Ford Cancelled my order and my dealer placed a new order for a 2014, same thing different color.
2/13/13 - I was told build date was 2/18/13 and Estimated delivery of 3/2/13.
2/26/13 - Got VIN#
3/1/13 - Delivery date move to today 3/6/13
3/6/13 - Still awaiting delivery
3/11/13 - Arrived and Pickup at dealer
11/22/12 - Ordered a 2013 mustang from dealer

Sent PM to FordCustomerService (Deysha) asking for a shipping status update?? For several weeks it's been stuck in a status of "Miscellaneous Transit Delay".
Ordered date 11/28/12, Build date 01/28/13, Original ETA was 02/15/13. It's been 6 weeks since the Mustang was built and waiting on delivery. Please help me Deysha - I appreciate your help :-)
