2013 Rebates / Past Rebate Trends
Hey guys, I'll chime in to clarify the rebate stackability. The $1,000 current rebate, can be combined with the $750 private offer. You cannot use both the $750 private offer and the $1,000 Competitive Lease Cash with the $1,000 national rebate. Its either one or the other with the $1,000 normal rebate. I just tried it on VINCENT.
And this is using X-Plan. The Quarter Horse rebate is not available on X-Plan, just like the College Student Rebate isnt' available either. And I just tried it without X-Plan and the Quarter Horse rebate. Same thing. Only 2 rebates total right now. The most you can get off a 2013 in regards to rebates is $2,000!

Hi
I just got off the phone with my dealer, my car coming in next week. He just told me that they can't find that there are any rebates in Texas. What's the deal? I'm not crazy they do exist or have a read this wrong? I believe it should be $1000. What's the best
way to prove this to them? One would assume they can see this in their computers.
Thanks Josh

Let me know if you find a $1,000 incentive in TX as I would love to know where!
I am not sure where in TX you are but I am in North Texas Dallas-Fort Worth Area. The national offer is a $500 incentive. I have been tracking and have not confirmed any $1,000 incentives. I am hopeful one will pop up before delivery but it doesn't appear so. You can check incentive by your zip code here: http://www.ford.com/cars/mustang/incentives/

What zip codes in TX are you using? I would love to be in an eligible zip code! I am in 76036 and it is still at $500!
Well this BLOWS! I did a zip code search and played around a little bit. I found the following zip codes all show to be a $500 incentive:
DFW-Killeen, Midland, Waco, Tyler, Texarkana, Elpaso
However the following zip codes all show to be $1,000
Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Brownsville, Corpus Christi, Padre Island
I am sure this has to do with regional/geographical issues. Of course we may not like it, incentives are driven by demand. In areas where sales are slumping less than desirable for the mfr, they throw incentive dollars to those areas to increase demand. unfortunately I am in northern TX where it is the lower incentive.
I don't think there is a way to take advantage of those incentives for the other areas unless you can prove that you reside in one of the eligible cities. I have a friend who lives in San Antonio. But my loyalty offer has my N Texas address. Kind of hard to combine the 2. Looks like I will have a total of $1,250 in incentives. I'd much rather have the $2,250 seeing how much we are paying for this monster!

Can the $750 brochure rebate be used with the Ranger loyalty rebate? I believe the Ranger program is #33998. Of course I have the Ranger deal in hand, but none of the brochures I requested had a coupon at all, so I'm not sure what good it would do me even if they are

I knew I shouldn't have checked. I took delivery 6 days ago. I really was going to wait until the 2nd to take delivery until July 3rd for new rebates. But I did and it was $500 when I took delivery. I checked just now and it is at $1000.00!
But hey, it is what it is!

Here is a link to the 2011 PDF. According to my dealer, this still holds true.

I'm not giving up though... I will ask nicely again, and if I get a no, cancel the order, get a check back for 500, then go to a high volume dealer that has allocation and get the increased incentive.

Thanks for the info, it does state in the program overview that the incentive is protected at time of order. Unless I read it wrong, it is up to the dealer if they will help you out beyond the terms in this program.

Your dealer will keep the order as is until the time of delivery. If, at that time the cash rebates are more favorable than when the vehicle was ordered, they will claim the incentives available at time of delivery. Please see your dealer for complete details as all offers are subject to change.

Central Florida (at least Orlando and the suburbs North of it) are at the $1000 incentive now. Just an FYI.
I know this is being greedy lol, but will they go higher any time this year? I think I'll be ordering mine somewhere around December-January, so that could sway my decision.
