Yep, got it from Edmunds. Here's the fine print on the Conquest from Ford's website for Mustang offers and incentives.

3.Program #33986: Offer available to current owners of competitive (non-Ford Motor Company) vehicles with valid proof of ownership. Trade-in not required. Residency restrictions apply. Non-transferable out of household. On Focus and Fiesta models, incentive amounts may vary for retail and lease contracts. Take new retail delivery from dealer stock by 7/2/2012. Residency Restrictions Apply. See dealer for complete details.

It may go to $1,000 by the end of summer, to help keep a momentum going. Don't expect anything crazy like $2,000 or so, since the cars are just coming out. It wouldn't surprise me if the rebates to go $1,000 in July. As for the $750, that can be combined using X-Plan and the national rebate. The only thing you can't combine with the $750 and X-Plan is college grad or AQHA rebate.
Yeah... I'm just dreading that I pick up mycar attend of June and then July 3 the rebate jumps to $1000. That would kill.

Also, whats this x-plan I keep hearing about? Some kind of special price on the order?

Hey bud, if the rebates change after you pick it up, nothing you can do. It happens all the time and you can't go into ordering a car, worrying about that. When I got my car back in 2006, there were no rebates then. A few months later, they added some cash, but I had the car for those extra months, so the ownership trumped the little bit more cash.

As for X-Plan, its a pricing for employees of Ford partnering businesses. It gets the price to about $130 over invoice, cut and dry. Its printed on the invoice and you get all national rebates. Only college grad/military/AQHA rebates don't apply. The way to get the pricing is from working for a company that is affiliated with Ford or by joining Mustang Club of America or SVTOA

I finally got my brochure w/ the $750 private cash but it says in the fine print it's only good for retail dealer stock. Will it still be good for an order I placed w/ the dealer??? The dealer says my car is due on the lot on 6/28 but Ford and the offer expires 7/29 so that's plenty of time (fingers crossed) but then I read that and it's like oh crap

Rebates up to $1000 in North Carolina also. Oh well, I've had more than $500 worth of fun since we got the car anyway.
