Add $2k to those and that is my guess.

I thought I read in an article that they will start "Just" shy of 60k. My guess is $59,750 for the coupe.....

Yup, what they said, Jason29! I soooo love my dealer pro's!

I'm guessing and hoping $60k base is too high (for the coupe). I'd think they'd keep it competitive with the ZL1 which basically comes loaded at $54k. I'm hoping for a max $2k MSRP increase.

Check this out.. http://www.autoblog.com/2012/03/02/p...ram/#continued

"Buyers of a new Porsche can opt to pick up at one of two Porsche assembly plants: Zuffenhausen (where the 911, Boxster and Cayman are built) or Leipzig (home of the Panamera and Cayenne). Regardless of the model, buyers can choose either location, and each offers its own benefits. Both include a factory tour, but Zuffenhausen includes the recently renovated Porsche Museum, while Leipzig includes the opportunity to lap the test track or take a Cayenne off-road.

Porsche can also schedule a photo session on the grounds of either factory, and will arrange for temporary insurance and plates – and even winter tires if needed – allowing its customers to spend a couple weeks in Europe getting to know their new car. Once the honeymoon is over, Porsche will ship the car to the U.S."

I think I looked into that a while back and from what I could tell even if you can get one they don't allow photos to be taken inside

I will try and get to the lot this weekend but busy heading to family and stuff (my birthday is tomorrow ) If the weather is decent enough I will try to stop by before I head out

$54k base price, dont forget options, delivery and the gas guzzler tax which I hear is like $2500. ZL1's will be over 60k easy with a couple options and the extra fee's.....

I stand with $59,750.00. Wish it was cheaper so I could afford one.......

By the way, what do we win if we come the closest?????

I was under the impression that the ZL1 doesn't really have any options.

If it has gas guzzler and delivery is not included in the $54k, that would certainly be extra cost.

I'm still hoping for low $50s.

Yea but I'd call most of these more accessories than options, and some of them aren't even available on the GT500.

I see a GT500 w/ Performance Pack similar to that of a "base" ZL1.
