Depends if your dealer submitted the order as stock or retail. My dealer submitted my requested options as a stock build for his dealership, people who have done this have tracking numbers already.

Got my snail mail brochure today and it reads: "$750 PRIVATE CASH* JUST FOR YOU.
*2011/2012/2013 vehicles: $500 on Fiesta and Focus. $750 on a Ford or Lincoln vehicle. Not available on hybrids, Fiesta S, Focus S, Focus Electric, C-MAX, Taurus SE, Edge SE AWD, SVT Raptor, Shelby GT500, Mustang Boss 302. May not combine with other private or commercial offers, owner loyalty and lease renewal programs. A/Z/D Plan ineligible. Nontransferable out of household. Limit one per household. Limit one per household. U.S. Residents. Must redeem using original offer; no duplicates accepted. Prior purchases not eligible. Take new retail delivery from dealer stock by 04/27/2012. See dealer for details. Note to dealer: Claim in VINCENT using #33938 and customer ID."
I would guess retail 13s would start delivering around then but it does specifically state that 13s are included. It also says "from dealer stock" though. I wasnt going to bother asking my dealer to run me a stock order, but maybe Ill see if they can unless that doesnt really matter and Im suspecting that it does not.

"from dealer stock" has nothing to do w/ type 1 or 2, just means it has to be on the lot, so you're good.. make sure you let them know you have it so they lock it in w the zone rep, most will

OK; thought stocks started shipping before the go on retail but maybe they just test a bunch in-house before the "go"; thanks
